From the company's homeland of Japan to nations across Europe, Honda Fit has been the auto maker's top selling vehicle in its class time and time again.

Honda Sweeps 2011 TCO Awards

The results from this year's True Cost to Own (TCO) Awards hosted by Edmunds.com are out. We are pleased to announce Honda tied with just one other automaker for taking the most awards. In total, the Big H walked away with five, trouncing the competition. That said. If you're in the market for a new sedan, coupe, hybrid, light duty truck or SUV, and don't want to sink an arm and a leg into your vehicle over the next five year, you might just want to consider going a Honda. By segment, the 2011 TCO Award-winners…

Honda Crosstour Raising Standards

Contrary to some early assertions that the 2012 Honda Crosstour crossover would remain largely unchanged for the 2012 model year, Honda has significantly raised the vehicle's "standards"...or standard features, if you will. We aren't saying the 2011 Honda Crosstour is not exceptional. Quite the contrary; we think it's a fine example of where practical wavers on the edge of elite. Rather, it's that the 2012 models gains fourteen-plus enhancements. They are:
-    Auto on/off projector-beam headlamps to preserve the vehicle's battery
-    Fog lights
-    A rearview camera for safer, more accurate parking
-    Bluetooth HandsFreeLink for…

2012 Honda CR-V First Glance

As is the case with any unveiling, we were excited to see what changes Honda has in store for 2012 CR-V...We were also a little nervous. For we  love the third best-selling Honda vehicle just as it is.

The 2012 CR-V concept introduced to the market in late July features understated exterior changes, including more defined sculpting, fender flares, a horizontal three-bar grille, and five-spoke alloy wheels. Nothing too drastic - thankfully. And, while Honda didn't release any pictures of the interior; they do promise it'll gain greater comfort and a lower cargo floor.

Bel Air Honda, of…

Driving a Honda to a Million Miles

Even with all of our confidence in Honda, it's hard to imagine driving one to one-million miles. But, "Million-Mile" Joe (Jo LoCicero) from Maine is testament that it can be done. He has in fact averaged as many miles per quarter as the average American driver does per year. And, his 1990 Honda Accord, which he bought used in 1996 with 74K miles on it, now boasts nearly one-million miles.

That's a Honda for you. But, never has the adage of driving one into the ground held such profound meaning. Most of us consider ourselves lucky if we…

Honda Thanks Loyal Facebook Fan

Do you like Honda? If you do, you're in very good company. The Honda Facebook page recently earned its millionth fan! It goes without saying, that's quite a loyal following. However, as large a following as it is, Honda is still able to keep it personal. Case in point: The Big H's dedication to one loyal fan, Chris W.

Just prior to this past Christmas, self-proclaimed Honda lover Chris W. displayed his affection for the popular Japanese auto brand by mowing a huge Honda logo in his front lawn. To document his enthusiasm, Chris took a couple…

British TV's Top Gear says FCX Clarity is "the car of the future." Co-host James May visited Los Angeles recently to drive "the most important car since the car was invented."

The hybrid Honda Insight is not the only sedan by the Japanese auto maker praised for its design and eco-friendly fuel efficiency.

May points out that Honda Clarity, is essentially an electric car "without on-board batteries," generating its own electricity with an on-board fuel cell.

"So far most electric cars have been appalling little plastic snot boxes that take all night to recharge and take half a minute…

Honda Really Big Thing Event

At Honda, April showers means huge savings on leases and financing. Despite potentially tight supply levels of some Honda vehicles following the March 11 quake, the Japanese automaker, is heavily promoting the "Really Big Thing Sales Event", which offers customers $0 down, $0 security deposit, and $0 due on signing on nearly its entire lineup, including the 2011 Odyssey and 2011 Accord. The only sales components Honda's no-money down lease deal does not include are license, registration, documentation fees, and of course, tax.

If $0 down isn't really your thing, don't worry. Honda has an incentive for you too.
